By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Terms of Service

2.1Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Eagles Cars, you must:

Be at least 23 years old.
Hold a valid driver's license recognized in the country of rental.
Provide accurate and complete information during booking.

2.2Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods will be listed in the app/website.

2.3Every Car Is Checked Before Delivery

We are committed to providing you with a clean, well-maintained, and carefully inspected vehicle. Every vehicle is checked to ensure quality and safety standards, and any existing observations are recorded before rental starts.

2.4Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the car category (mid-size, SUV, luxury) via credit card pre-authorization hold, released upon vehicle inspection after rental completion.

2.5Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used for lawful purposes only. Smoking, illegal transportation, or dangerous driving is strictly prohibited. Vehicles must be returned in the same condition with fuel policies followed.

Emergency & Replacement Vehicle Policy

If your rental car has an unexpected mechanical issue that isn't caused by an accident or improper use, we will arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible in the same or higher category.

2.7Delivery & Collection Policy

Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available alongside delivery in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, Madinaty, and selected regions with transparent fees.

Insurance and Liability

Insurance coverage is provided per agreement. Renters are responsible for traffic fines or damage due to negligence. Eagles Cars is not liable for personal items left in vehicles.

3. Corporate & Long-Term Rentals

Long-term and corporate (B2B) rentals include customized terms and conditions based on business needs. Please contact our Corporate Sales Team for tailored agreements.

4. User Responsibilities

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Providing accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
Agreeing to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

5. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
